It all started with the rise in the subway fare and subway users showed their dissatisfaction, but in the majority of students, they first started not paying and gathering in large crowds at the subway entrances, with the days many more students joined and Subway evasion was massive. October 25 was the day that "Chile woke up", great marches in the streets and destruction to the subway, many subway cars were burned and stations destroyed. When the streets were full of protesters, the presence of police officers was needed, who presented a lot of violence against the people who were fighting for the right. Over the days, the marches took other directions and joined the looting of supermarkets, shops and small businesses. When seeing the crisis of the country the authorities decided to summon the curfew in the metropolitan region and the military took to the streets to control. The presence of police officers during the marches was the most commented since they showed enough violence and many people were killed and injured due to them. I hope that Chile recovers and that it improves all the things that people fight for and that this will not end because Chile woke up
